Luminex Pricing:

Internal [$60 usage fee] + [$200/plate standard] or [$180/plate after hours]. As usual schedule 1 hour per plate for billing purposes.

Tips for having a great Luminex run:

Keep samples cold as much as possible and thaw on ice.
Prior to loading thawed plasma, serum or supernatant samples, spin for 10min @14,000RPM to clarify. Manufacturers say this is "optional" but it really should be mandatory.
SONICATE then vortex beads thoroughly.
