All sorts should be scheduled in advance and discussed with an operator.  All tubes need to be properly and legibly labeled.  A representative from the user lab must be readily available to approve gating scheme and sorting goals.

Hood has been certified.  All lenti-viral transduction requires 3 passages or 2x washing before sorting.
